BETSY DIETRICH is Of Counsel to the firm.  She has extensive experience in real estate transactional and other contract matters as well as municipal law issues.  Betsy was a Deputy City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco for ten years, where she practiced on the Real Estate and Finance team.  Prior to her tenure in the City Attorney’s office, she worked as an associate at the real estate and environmental law firm of Landels, Ripley & Diamond.  Her experience includes a broad range of contractual negotiations and drafting, including purchase and sale transactions, all manner of leasing transactions, easement agreements, memoranda of understanding, auction documentation, development agreements, loan documentation, and requests for proposals.  Betsy graduated from the UCLA School of Law in 1989 and as an undergraduate from UC Berkeley in 1985.
